In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order from the Order History panel of your account. Orders cannot be canceled once products have been delivered & accepted by you.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to provide the best quality products for our customers. We do not provide any refunds once the material has been received and accepted by the customer. You are requested to check the product at the time of delivery and in any case product is not found satisfactory you may return the products to the delivery executive. Refund of the same will be initiated in 2 working days. 

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
